Direct Repair Collision did a wonderful job in repairing some major damage to the front end of my vehicle. I can say for certain that the work performed was stellar! You never expect your vehicle to be the same after a front end collision but Bruce and his team are on top of their game. You cannot tell that the vehicle had been in an accident and the . paint job was spotless. I've had repair work done in the past at another shop and I won't make that mistake again. The repair work was superb!

I just used this service center at the recommendation of the insurance company covering the repairs for my vehicle. While my car looks better than when I dropped it off, I would in no way consider myself satisfied by their service. Car Star Etna’s customer service should be considered abhorrent at best. I visited the shop on three different occasions – one for inspection of damages/estimate, one to drop off my car and one to pick up my car. On none of these occasions was I greeted when I entered their very small waiting area; on two of three visits it took at least several minutes for anyone to make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. On every occasion, everyone looked at me as though I was crazy to be there and as though they had no idea why I was there, despite having an appointment for all visits. I was told that the work on my car would take four days to complete and with their limited hours (opens at 8AM, closes at 5PM and not available on weekends), I had to completely rearrange my work schedule to ensure that I could drop off my vehicle and pick it up during their appropriate hours. I also had to wait five weeks to have my repairs completed based on my rearranged schedule and their estimate of repair time. My car was actually ready in 1.5 days (which is normally a great thing) however I was unable to rearrange my work schedule a second time to accommodate a pickup during their work hours. Thankfully the insurance company covering my repairs understood the issue and continued to cover my rental car expenses since the original estimate was so ridiculously incorrect. Finally, despite the originally scheduled pickup and confirmation of that pickup when notified that my car was ready, I was still called on the pickup day to see if I was planning to “actually pick up my car.” Their staff, ranging from their receptionist Kelly to their management Dave Patrick, are so rude that no matter how nice their body work is, it isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with them. I would recommend that if you need auto body work you seek assistance elsewhere.
I had a tree fall on the back end of my car - not only did the fine folks get the repairs done on time, but they kept me abreast of everything going on the entire time. I cannot recommend a better place!

We were kept informed along the way with periodic updates. Our SUV was returned to us ahead of the anticipated date. Our SUV looked like new vehicle inside and out. Without a doubt this was the best experience I have had when needing collision repair.
I take great pride in my vehicle and I'm so grateful for the care and concern that obviously went into the repairs. You will not find a better painter in the business than Joe. The paint match is spot on, the corner of the vehicle is perfectly aligned, the gaps are symmetrical.
